It looks to me like their own facility will be 500,000 sqft which, according to their pdf, should grow about 35,000kgs per year.
The 1.1 million sqft facility is expected to grow about 75,000kgs per year, to which Emerald owns half, therefore this would be 37,500kgs per year.
So these two facilities should potentially supply Emerald with about 72,500kgs of cannabis annually.
Without even factoring in their higher margin extracted products, if you assumed sales at $7 per gram, this would amount to annual revenues of $511m. At $12 per gram this would be $876m.

Pretty intriguing indeed.
