Sounds like a terrible deal on Emeralds part. Again with the over paying.
For 200M you could've tried a hostile takeover of EVE.
Over 1MSQFT state of the art greenhouse. Currently trading around 50M market cap.
The question is, would EVE sell? Probably not, shareprice is expected to go up up and away.
