if its not the share price that drops, then its more dilution.
additinal share offering is to allow EMH sr management to continue sucking the money from, well suckers!
honestly, there are so many other stocks out there, even many with great dividend.
 

thus is an absolute dog!
even hedonism is a better pick and look at it - yikes!
