As revealing as this expose' is I'm afraid it barely scratches the surface.

Best case scenario here is a fantasy, featuring a White Knight and Unicorns that ends with the Villain (EMH), being trampled into oblivion and the Damsel in Distress (Verdelite) being whisked away to safety for about $0.02 per share.

At least then some folks jobs might remain intact.
