RE:MARKET'S ALWAYS RIGHTsorry mate - but if that were true - Warren Buffet and other value investors would be penniless - people would be running into a stock when its going up - and selling when its going down.....

....look at the historical lows and highs of TBE - and youll see a pattern - the market drove the stock down to attractive valuations  - then pop - the market was wrong - and the stock would shoot back up after some positive news. 

im no fortune teller - but management is keenly aware they have to execute to get thier stock up to fund some acquisitions they may have in mind - they know they cant pursue acquistions with thier stock in the toilet - so its likely that Wednesday will be a great quarter - stock will go up - and acquisitions will be in Q3 and Q4....

Just my take.
