the analysts are basically saying this is a good news report, but it is just one qtr, so it is fair to ask for some consistency and now management has to keep things on track, which is their job, they also have to answer the ongoing questions about declines and a nice acquisition could go a long way with that....but the sp has had a nice bounce today and given the lower risk and strong support of the dividend into 2015 I can see income wanting investors buying this until the dividend is in the 8% range....which is still well below the NAV of the company.....good days ahead....
