As for will 0.99 fill later this week? At the current rate - someone would have to sell 650k shares to get your order filled. Today, oil markets are moving up.
Personally speaking - WTI seems to be stabilizing between the $65-$70 range. If it does - you won't see these prices last very long (with almost 18% yield!).
I think TBE stablizes around $1.20 by end of week which is still a 16% yield - hovers there for a while.
