I think management needs to come out in the next few weeks and definitively outline 2015 plans including CAPEX and divy.  If they can show 50% cut CAPEX allows payout ratio under 100% and debt/cash flow at under 2.5, that should go a long way to reassure the markets.  For now, the dividend has already been approved through march 2015.
