RE:RE:Dividend payments may be up to the bank, not the TBE boardAlthought it's nice to have borrowing capacity/flexibility, is it relevant given that the company has made it clear they will always stay under 100% payout ratio which means they will cut capex and or dividend to ensure they are not borrowing to keep the company afloat? I'm not aware of TBE coming close to any debt covanents?
In PM's article, he did address debt. He ruled out borrowing to fund operations right off the bat given the mandate to stay under 100% payout ratio (which is why he focussed his analysis on CAPEX and dividend and not on borrowing capacity).
