RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividend payments may be up to the bank, not the TBE boardthey have 65% available room on thier LOC ($237M out of $365M). This is a non-issue even if their credit line is reduced as they still would have plenty of room but their policy is to self fund operations without drawing on credit lines.
