Templeton owning ~20% and a takeover?
Templeton owning ~20% and a takeover?Can anyone explain to me why templeton owning more than 20% would trigger a takeover? I'm pretty new to the investment scene, and that doesnt really make sence to me. Unless 20% makes them the majority holder and they'd vote in favour of a takeover...but then if 21% of shareholders just voted "No" wouldnt that twart that plan?
