this is not a question of dividend sustainability (it may be in 2016 if prices remain soft - but they are covered for now). The entire sector is in a perpetual down cycle that started just after the NDP win...if you compare the charts - everyone and everything is getting hit by a much larger percent than TBE. TBE has fallen only 12% in the last 3 months. RRX and WCP (the "good" names) have fallen by 15% and 20% respectively. Names like PWT, LTS, AOI, MEG, CPG - have fallen by 20% to 38% I wouldn't be reading a lot into these comments about dividend sustainability - dividend has nothing to do with it (their payout ratio for 2015 is around 80%)! Im sitting on the sidelines until things blow over in the oil patch. No point waiting get back in now - there is limited upside as we approach fall and winter and shut down in refinery capacity.
