He bought most shares right at the open at the opening price of $.38 & a few bit lower as the average buying price of all shares bought by the insiders was $.375

Some insider bought 694335 shares for $260165. 630500 shares were bought through TSX & rest through other exchanges.

There was no way of finding that it was insider trade in the morning.

I was looking for SGY buyback when I saw TBE insider buying instead. SGY has stoped buying back shares since the stock has bounced off $2.00.

Maybe TBE should buyback its shares too. A much better case for TBE can be made becasue of its very low share price.
