He claimed bankruptcy for Penn West as well in that video. Penn west was up 40 percent that day. Looks like they avoided it.

That guy had a bunch of bad picks in the past that they go threw later on the show.

I'm not sold on his opinion.

I am not a fan of John Stephenson at all. He is very risk averse and indeed has many bad picks. Why should his opinion hold more weight than another's who did even more research into the company. We should be careful with advice from any analyst. I'm sure he briefly looked at these stocks and saw the debt load and risk and never bothered to dig deeper. Stephenson is more into large cap, blue chip stocks and not risky oil plays on the verge of bankruptcy. I am not for or against TBE. I am simply trying to gather information so I can make an informed decision. I have yet to decide whether to buy or not. This is definitely a very risky play. It may work out or it may not. There are varying opinions. If it does sell assets or get bought out, there will be massive upside. If it doesn't, well.......then bankruptcy could occur. There have been posts on this board that are strictly opinions and what seems to be outright lies. If anybody has information and/or evidence to support an opinion, please post. Right now, there doesn't seem to be any developing news. We shall see what unfolds. Whatever you guys choose to do, good luck and I hope it works out. Cheers.
