What happens when they own a good chunk and the vote still doesn't pass.
That leaves them in a predicament,keep raising the offer, walk away and dump their
debentures or ride it out in bankruptcy.They could end up in the same leaky boat
as us poor devils.I got a feeling they'll keep raising the offer.
