The 3.8% referenced in the Bloomberg article appear to be making the rounds to find another option.  I believe after a very short period of time they will realize there aren't any better alternatives.

Maybe you can contact management and chat with them about their process and what else might be out there - I believe after 400 suiters were encountered they would have a good handle on this...
