RE:RE:RE:The Amendment

RE:RE:RE:The AmendmentScottie: You're killing me smalls.

The data suggests that a No vote would mean 0 for all stakeholders except the banks. All transactions out of CCAA in the past 6mo have shown this.

Here is a bit of a personal plea; a No vote is your choice and I respect this fully. The people with the most to lose from a No vote happen to be the front-line employees. They will lose their jobs, their pension, their LTI, benefits, money they invested and personal pride in what they do.

The C-Suites, they will find other work as the air is thin where they are.  Joe-Blow engineer or Jane-Doe accountant will be screwed.

You may say; well fuk-them they sh!t the bed by working for TBE.

You would be correct in saying this and it is your right to do so.  I believe most people at TBE have been working their butt(e)s off trying to turn the ship around.

Most people that would have been involved in the poor decisions (heavy vts, Avalon, Buffalo, Emerge) are long gone (Hey there Rifle Shot) and won't feel any pain associated with this deal (Saunders feels pain to the tune of $~10MM).

Vote how you will; understand that if this ship goes to CCAA you just fuked your neighbour not the guys on Elbow Drive.
