RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The Biggest Game of Chicken...More very good points Boom. You have outlined the reasons that TBE may survive a No vote to fight another day. 

What scares me about the syndicate is the unknown:

They may have a member that is in a cash-call and needs money out.

They may have a member that has a mandate to lower their exposure to the Energy Sector.

They may have a member that just doesn't fuking like the managers, the name Twin Butts, or the Colour of the font they use (it almost feels like this may the case sometimes). 

What is deeply unfortunate is that we simply don't know the syndicate's mindset. 

What is known is that they were at the end of their rope before this transaction was announced - as evidenced by the one-day extensions. I fear they will not be kind if the vote is No.  This is just my opinion and by no means supported in facts.
