RE:RE:RE:Twin Butte management threatening DEb holders lolol

Hellow again Ariesleaf:

I tend to believe the current crop of management was air-dropped in to this mess and are now taking the blame.  In reality, Bruce Hall at Rifle Sh!t Oil Corp should be the one taking the fall but unfortunately, he is away clean-and-free.

The managers at TBE will be the only ones that will make it out of this in a better place regardless of the outcome of this vote. They either keep their jobs and carry on at a reduced salary with The Empire or they get a chance to break-loose from the mess, find funding and start over again.

Commoners (shares and employees) will be hurt by a vote of No.

Sure it would be nice to protest the poor leadership over the course of TBE's existance. One way to do this is to remove The Board. Thankfully, there is an easy way to do so - if one were to vote YES to the deal; as part of the package, the NewCo gets to select a board.

Then feel free never to stick your money where the current members are! :)
