Management had absolutely no visibility in the final offering. This was an arrangement from Reignwood. How moronic do you need to be to think the executive at TBE had any say in the final numbers?  You guys got scammed by Cuckhold et. al. 

Fuk you guys are dumb-as-sh*t sometimes. 

I actually don't feel bad that you guys lost your sh*t....I think there is an apt expression about a fool and his money in here somewhere.
