We should be hearing something soon. I am a bit surprised that it has taken this long.Maybe there is more interest which has caused the delay.Either way, I would think that we should hear something by this Friday (it will either be a good seasonal gift, or not).

In the second report, the Receiver inidicated in item 55 the following:

(d) December 15, 2016 – Phase II bid deadline to submit binding offers or
restructuring proposals with deposit; and
(e) December 2016 – seek Court approval and close transaction or sanction
the restructuring proposal.
