RE:compensation for shareholders

RE:compensation for shareholders
I don't know why investors don't understand the basics of bankruptcy proceeds.   Secured Debtholders are first.......anything left over goes to unsecured shareholders.......anything left over after that goes to Common Shareholders.

For the company to have offered what they offered on the reorganization/sale was totally absurd that common shareholders would get more then the unsecured debt holders.    It was doomed to fail.  If they would have presented something more palitable to the debtenure holders (like their group getting 80% of the monies on the sale) then that might have gone through.

Most important thing out of this is to remember all the parties involved with running Twin Butte and treating them like the plague in the future if they go to run some other company.  They are the ones to be blamed for shareholders getting (in all likelyhood) zero.

Good luck all
