Tell your followers here once again, specifically and precisely, what/who that majority actually is, and exactly who is handling their presentation.

Despite your simplistic overview, this is not, repeat NOT, a kangaroo court.

I'm confident that the Unsecured Debenture Holders will have their input, but their interests are self interest and not aligned with your interests as a shareholder.

Should you elect to honor the Court with your presence, may I merely admonish you to not park your tricycle in any of those spots demarked for Court Personnel and please, please put down your lollipop before you begin your lecture to the Judge, the learned Counsel and the Receiver on the finer points of the 'scheme'  that your investigative reporting has revealed.

Won't be long now 'til your protesters  fill the streets.

Bikerack, I would certainly like to meet Scottie and his sidekick fraud  lightscam.  I doubt either will be in attendance.  I value my anonymity on this board and reluctantly will not be attendance.
