RE:RE:RE:directors of twin butte and ccaa I think it is fair to say that the Reignwood deal did not age well and ended up being unfair. For both SHs and DHs, but for different/opposing viewpoints/reasons. But SHs voted yes. And DHs voted no despite a big zero threat. Usually, a win-win scenario is best. But that is not always the case. Incentives matter.
