You may want to take into consideration:
1-the "accepted" list of exchanges.
My understanding is that the TBE shares traded on an exchange not found on the list.
2-the debenture security itself was delisted and never traded after.
But I see your point. I agree in substance with you. But I'm not the one that you need to convince. My point is that you may have some explanations to do in order for ARC to agree with you. Reasonable?
