I happen to think that you are a solid and able investor.
The Judge imposed a structure.
We can look back and argue forever. I don't see positive value there.

Questions:
-Can you turn the page?
-Do you want to work together?

I will respect your decision.

I still have not made my mind on the usefulness of investment forums.
So far the NPV of time spent is negative.
