2fast4ul, I fully share your concern for disproportionate legal costs but I agree with PetroExplorer on this one.
I would have hoped for inclusion in the process that led to this application but realize that my input would have been likely insignificant.
For disclosure, wrote to FTI before the last scheduled hearing concerning legal costs (did not know then that they were planning to ask for a lot more)
and concerning fairness issues. Seven days before the Hearing, was told to travel 3566 km if I wanted to discuss equity issues...Probably would have been put in the populace quarter with Burge.Then read motion materials submitted on September 18th. And then I hear that equity issues may be relevant after all.
