I emailed FTI (on Wednesday aternoon), below is  the response I received:

We are still working through finalizing the remaining disputed claims, and unfortunately we won’t have another update or distribution until the final claims have been agreed upon.
At this time we do not have visibility as to when that will be, but I would guess that at this point it’s unlikely to see anything before Christmas.
 
Sorry for not having a better update, hopefully we are able to get things resolved quickly in the new year and have it wrapped up sooner than later.
