RE: Why the downdraft?I agree - this stock has been totally disappointing.
Analysts have a target of around $20 for this stock.
It's trading with a P/E around 14, and a forward P/E around 10
As far as I'm aware, I don't believe that management is incompetent.
The price of moly has been rising, plus there's future revenue potential from new mines coming online in a few years.
My Due Diligence tells me that this stock is oversold.
It is TOTALLY frustrating watching this stock languish while we're in a "supposed" commodities boom.
I'll be damned if I'll sell this stock at a low, only to go chasing some stock running at a 52 week high.
Especially since I'm at a loss to explain anything that has changed fundamentally with this company or the sector.
That runs counterintuitive to the buy-low sell-high philosophy.
However I've been debating whether to sell this to hold cash, as it's frustrating watching this go down day after day after day after day..........
On a related note, can anyone tell me the rationale why there are so many shorts on TCM?
I can understand why there were a lot of shorts at $15, but don't these fools know when to lock in their price, or is it as the previous poster indicates? i.e Is this headed to $8 or $9?
If so, what has changed fundamentally to justify a stock price at $8 or $9?
