RE: AllgoodYes, BM's takeover for KAV was denied by the exchange. From what I understand it was the PP for 2.5 mil shares at .12 that was the problem. They did not have an anouncement of the Business Plan therefore they could not do a PP with the share price already 50 to 60 cents. I think this is a great thing. Just going to pick up all of the cheap shares I can. It is still a super clean shell that people like __________ would love to have and take it to DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!
