Well Waterton has just released some more information (via Terraco) today but I wholeheartedly agree with your overall sentitment tigris72poo. 

Terraco management is at the mercy of Waterton and thus it is amusing to think about "incentive options" since all they can do is sit and wait on Waterton to actually do anything.

The way Terraco has treated shareholders vs. insiders/directors/etc. is probably the reason why the stock price did not move significantly this morning after the press release.  At the time of this writing, there have only been 9,000 shares traded and we are down to .085.   Trust is a hard thing to keep or regain.  It is one reason I am voting against Todd Hilditch as a director at the next AGM. 

There is plenty to cheer about in the press release today but..... well, it is what it is.
