There are some saying that all lower tier (2,3,4) operators will dissappear. I disagree. The ones that are cash flow positive and fulfill a craft or niche market will be around for a while. Also, there will be a push toward biosynthetic minor cannabinoids as more studies reveal how powerful these compounds are for various health conditions. Also, the production of THC and CBD has a massive carbon footprint along with massive water usage whereas biosynthesis production is a fraction of what plant growers use. But definitely most will still want CBD and THC directly from the plant. The minor cannabinoids are not economical to get from the plant. Trulieve is offering CBN and certainly we'll see more minor cannabinoids this year.
