It's called paying a premium for expected future growth from the aquired company. Harvest was growing fast and profitable so you are trying to attribute zero value to that growth and profitability and only look at it from a negative viewpoint. We have lost billions in market cap since the aquisition so even if what you say is correct which it isn't it would already be well baked into the
