They bought harvest with trulieve shares when the share price was around 50 dollars a share if you do the conversion from today's sp they paid less than 500m for harvest where is the overpayment?

The fundamentals have deteriorated significantly since it acquired Harvest Health. Profit margin and per share amounts of net operating income, net income, operating cash flow, and free cash flow have all fallen dramatically. Not really an accretive acquisition.

Sounds like Bullknit101 is a very unhappy shareholder? Did you buy at $45.00 a share? Kim Rivers is a very estute CEO and I'm sure she knew Harvest was a good investment. Yes, the markets have changed dramatically but that doesn't make TRUL a bad investment. Just a more challenging climb back to where the share price should be!

You haven't given it enough time yet to make these judgments it will take some time to integrate harvest and costs to change the locations to trulieve branding. Give it time the results will show.
