In the event at meeting 02/22/22 the arrangement is voted out. Do not think that possible but you never know. Any ideas as to what plan B will be. Just thinking out loud.

Over the past month it looks like a done deal. They must be very close to the number of shares needed. Just an observation.

Consider: JV spending requirements vs cash buyout

In a JV with a major, the junior is on the hook for matching spending pro rata. So if SSRM starts spending tens of millions on development then TGC must match or risk getting diluted down to a royalty ...more
