SH Shows Down 98.1 Percent ... Mistake?

SH shows the current price as $0.0003 - down 99.81%.  Is this a mistake?  Some sort of market manipulation?  Looks strange to me.  Similar to short-lived steep declines on EPL during the past year which corrected after a day or two.  At least I hope so.

FYI, the decline is in TGGDF ... the Venture listing appears unaffected.
