Instil Bio Inc TIL

Instil Bio, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a pipeline of novel therapies. The Company seeks to in-license/acquire and develop novel therapeutic candidates in diseases with significant unmet medical need. Its first such program is an engineered tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL), cell therapy for the treatment of cancer. It is engaged in developing a novel class of genetically engineered TIL therapies using its Co-Stimulatory Antigen Receptor (CoStAR), platform. The Company's lead CoStAR-TIL product candidate, ITIL-306, expresses a CoStAR molecule designed to recognize folate receptor alpha (Fra), a tumor-associated antigen that is expressed on numerous solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, NSCLC and renal cancer. CAR-T and TCR-T therapies are cell products composed of T cells that have been genetically engineered to recognize a specific cancer-related antigen on the surface of tumor cells.

VANCOUVER, Sept. 10/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the"Company") is pleased to announce additional results from its ongoingdiamond and reverse circulation drilling programs on its Brewery CreekProject. The Brewery Creek Project is one of the seven separate goldprojects Golden Predator is drilling in Yukonin 2010 and is located 59 km east-southeast of the Company's ClearCreek Project for which initial drill results were reported earlier thisweek.

Brewery Creek

To date the Company has drilled 6 diamond drill holes totalling1,430 m and 17 RC drill holes totalling 2,350 m on its Brewery CreekProperty, located 55 km due east of Dawson City, Yukon. Results for an additional 7 of the RC drill holes have now beenreceived and analyzed. The Company's Yukon Project map showing itsproperty holdings, as well as a detailed Brewery Creek plan map anddrillhole-results table, is available for viewing on the Company'swebsite https://www.goldenpredator.com/i/pdf/2010-09-10_NR.pdf

Highlights of the drill results are set forth in the table below.Of particular significance are the results from hole BCRC10-2322 whichintercepted 1.48 g/t Au over 38.10 m starting at 32.0 m depth including2.28 g/t Au over 19.81 m starting at 42.67 m depth. Also noteworthy areRC holes BCRC10-2319 and BCRC10-2321 which intercepted 3.97 g/t Au over9.14 m starting at 53.34 m depth and 4.13 g/t Au over 4.57 m starting at60.96 m depth, respectively.

The ongoing exploration program at Brewery Creek has been designedto explore the potential for higher-grade feeders lying beneath thehistoric resource, and to increase the existing resources through nearsurface drilling. Initial results indicate the presence of goldmineralization down-dip of the known resource near structuralintersections and laterally along strike. Drillholes BCRC10-2318 and2323 tested downdip of known high-grade zones in the Lucky pit that werenot mined; holes BCRC10-2319, 2321, and 2322 offset previously drilledhigh-grade intercepts in the unmined Bohemian resource area.

Brewery Creek was the site of a heap-leach gold mine whichoperated from 1996-2002 and produced 279,541 ounces of gold. Currentresources remaining on the Property include an Indicated Resource of3.98 MM tonnes grading 1.135 gpt Au and an Inferred Resource of 2.2 MMtonnes averaging 2.01 gpt Au (Diment and Simpson, 2009).

The Brewery Creek Project is authorized under a Type A Water License with an expiry date of December 31, 2021,subject to the restrictions and conditions contained in the Yukon WaterAct and Regulations. The Project also has a production license with anexpiry date of December 31, 2021.

Sampling Methodology, Quality Control and Assurance

The RC drill holes were drilled by track mounted drills thatproduce a 5" (12.7 cm) diameter drill hole. Samples were collected from1/8th of the material from a 5 ft (1.5 m) interval utilizing a splitterincorporated on the cyclone.

The RC samples were sent to ALS Chemex's prep lab in Whitehorse and then forwarded to their ISO 9001 certified preparation facility in Terrace, B.C. The pulps were analyzed at ALS's ISO 9001 certified laboratory in Vancouver. Approximately 5% of the pulps are sent for secondary check assays at Stewart Groups Eco Tech laboratory in Kamloops, B.C.Blanks, commercial standards and duplicate samples were included ineach batch. To determine Au levels at the ppb level detection limit5-10,000 ppb (5-1000 ppb at Stewart Group)) 30 g samples are fireassayed then digested in aqua regia solution and analyzed by atomicabsorption. At Eco Tech, values over 1,000 ppb are re-assayed by fireassay and then digested with aqua regia and then re-analyzed by anatomic absorption instrument (detection limit 0.03 g/t). At ALS Chemex, values over 10 g/t gold are re-assayed by fire assay followed by agravimetric finish (50 ppb lower detection limit).

Other elements are analyzed by a 35 elements package (ME-ICP41)whereby the sample is dissolved in a aqua regia acid solution and thenanalyzed by ICP. Additional check-analyses are carried out by the labwhich did not receive the original sample.

Drilling Sampling Protocol/Chain of Custody/Data Verification

Golden Predator employs high standards of protocol with respect tothe handling and chain of custody of its samples. All sampling isconducted under the supervision of the Company's project geologist andthe chain of custody from the drill to the sample preparation andlogging facility is continually monitored by the project geologist.Samples are shipped to the lab by qualified couriers or Companypersonnel under locked bags with independent identification locknumbers. Data verification of the analytical results includes astatistical analysis of the duplicates, standards and blanks that mustpass certain set parameters for acceptance to insure accurate andverifiable results. All assays are reported as drilled intervals and arenot to be interpreted as true widths.
