Pete Producers Forecast Strong Spending
Petroleum Producers are forecastingt strong Oilpatch spending for 2007 .
Their forecast is $41 billion in Canada, which is just short of the record $44 billion for 2005.
Stronger nat gas prices than recently seen could increase this level of spending.
With a market cap less than $6 million, robust cash flow and with annual sales in excess of $50 million, continueing consolidation in this sector should see us taken over, simply because TLF is so attractively cheap.
Management owns a whack of the shares, so it will depend on their willingness..
