$GEMS to acquire 72 mining claims
$GEMS to acquire 72 mining claims Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. ($GEMS.c $TLOOF) is up 12% on the CSE after announcing earlier today that it has entered into a mineral property purchase agreement.
Under the agreement, $GEMS will acquire a 100% interest in 72 mining claims located adjacent to the Frontier Lithium, PAK Lithium project (Red Lake Mining District, Ontario).
The claims $GEMS will acquire are known as the PAK South Project and PAK Southeast Project.
Overall I think this is a really exciting move for $GEMS, displaying that it is more than just an SaaS company.
