My Experience
* Filed provisional patents on a digital contact tracing platform in March 2020 which has since become CONTAKT LLC -- a revolutionary system that overcomes the limitations of manual contact tracing and accelerates anything built upon the Google/Apple API (or decentralized systems)
* Prior to that, founded Cultivation Technologies, Inc. ("CTI") -- a leader in California extraction and product manufacturing
* Created Marijuana Index (MarijuanaIndex.com), the first equities index for cannabis companies, which received more than 1,000,000 monthly hits from a global audience. Sold to Manifest7, slated to go public this summer @ est. $50M+ valuation
* With minimal resources, founded one of the first public cannabis companies, Vape Holdings, Inc. and assisted with the going public process via reverse merger which attained a ~$100M+ valuation
* Through an American Express affiliate — built a top 20 travel agency out of more than 1,000 within 12 months — ranked among the travel industry’s “Rising Stars”
* Galvanized by a 5-year conduct based injunction from the Securities & Exchange Commission (expired in February 2016) — the biggest professional and personal learning experience of my life
