Infinity Stone Ventures sued by RTAE Holding
over alleged default. The company (beleif that is Gems) issued convertible shares to RTAE, which Rtae is alleging the company has defaulted on. Apppears some of the convertible shares were to be released but that is just an allegation which Zayn and other insiders deny. Check on the internet by typing the above caption. Looks like it mostlty involves insiders but somehow Infinitystone Ventures is allached. If one could see the contract that was signed it would be a little clearer when and if Rtae insiders could obtain shares that are free and clear of any retrictions.
