No he doesn't know it all. He is a retail investor just like all of us and he uses a system that he believes works did him just like we all have our own systems that we rely on
He has his own share of failures just like the rest of us too
Bottom line is to do your own homework and invest when you believe you have a good chance of making a profit from that entry point.
Tilray is a good company and will be around many years along with the Cannabis sector.
