Thus, it appears Mr. Simon owns a total of around 870,300 TLRY shares to date (1,038,419 x 0.8381), not including any recent purchases.
Looks like those who held off buying any TLRY shares until it is confirmed that Mr. Simon has purchased a sizeable number of additional shares with his own money made the right call. That said, if he does purchase a sizeable number of shares from a total dollar standpoint (say $2M or more), that would be a bullish sign that he has confidence the share price will rise from here (by how much is anybody's guess). Also, unless he really goes to town (say $5M+ worth of shares purchased), there is the caveat that he's simply investing a small portion of his total net worth in TLRY shares to prevent the share price from falling further.
As you quoted, this a Curaleaf move, not A Tilray Brands move. However, now just speculation on Irwin Simon. With once again misleading, nonsensical and untruthful statements.
Credibility on any post are at zero now
