So savage - what was Simon’s

So savage - what was Simon’s

compensation for the last fiscal year - total, as well as the breakdown of that total.
If Simon's salary is 10% - you're saying he received compensation of $2.4 million.
What other stocks, options, incentives and bonuses did he receive?

Your post implies that you're 'in the know' - so how much was Simple compensated last fiscal year.

And regardless of whether or not he 'cashed' free shares and options - he still received them and COULD cash them at any time - so, as usual - he misleads like a weasel salesman.

Truth about Irwin Simon's Salary

Irwin Simon's salary is 10% salary, 90% incentive based bonuses (reaching a specific level of profitability for each sector, reducing costs and debt, expanding market share, etc). If he doesn't achieve a particular goal, he doesn't get that bonus. However, the SEC requires the company to list the "full potential salary," not his actual take home. He even stated in the interview he hasn't once received the full $24 million and hasn't sold a single share of stock.
