As decriminalization approaches in the USA, a large company has its eye on TLRY! Every effort  is to keep the TLRY price down to make the takeover possible! Why all the negative press about TLRY at this time. Not a big deal for 2-3/large brokerages in USA to manipulate the price for a couple of years! One of the largest cannabis companies in the USA will gobble up TLRY at a cheap price and use it as the doorway to global dominance!
Losts of frustration in the process to decriminalize in USA but it will happen! 
We all know Irwin has many contacts in USA and might even be aware of this probability!

I don't think your crazy at all.   You have to wonder what the Board knows to begin with to even approve such packages to retain Irwin's service to the company. I doubt it.  Here is my theory of how this will play out in the short term.  I am just being realistic.  The shorts are not done yet,  I think the next play will be the lawsuit angle.  Just watch.  Simon taking $30 million and half of it in cash.  This is just a big red flag.  What kind of board would approve something like this when the company is
