Tilray Brands

85 million Bud purchase, We closed on our purchase for Truss owning 100 percent. Our acquisitions alone at Tilray Brands this past quarter equal more then double the cash burn. And we did it without exiting markets but entering markets unlike many MSOs. Yea we paid for the cannabis we were supplied that we sold at a higher price then what we paid for them to our supplies. Yes maserk. A couple trading todays circus is out.

Tilray also had to pay out $107 million cash when the Tilray 23 convertibles matured in October.  Obviously nobody wanted to convert them at $100+.  They had knocked the Tilray 23 note balance down earlier with the proceeds from the Tilray 27 notes (and incidentally, rewarded the note holders with 38 million "borrowed" shares). Tilray also repurchased (with issued shares), $18 ...more

Ventura, maersyk is one of the better ones. He doesn't resort to any childish behavior I give him credit for that. With that being said, you are absolutely right all this information is well noted and known by Tilray investors and disclosed. Two of the biggest Canadian LP's merged paperwork is involved yes and valuations went down it happens.  The underlying question is why are they ...more

The point is that Tilray is having difficulty rolling over its debts, while it aquires more debt from a subsidiary. The cash pile that was "second to none" is quickly dwindling and the faithful are calling this a great report.   I am sure all of the expert investors on here know why Tilray modified the conversion terms of the APHA 24 notes. The sweetener was supposed to stop at  ...more

You're incorrect. They are not having trouble rolling over their debt.  You understand breaking down the details we can get into but everyone looses interest fast.  We achieved  billion dollar revenue company in a short two years anyally without a plant being sold in USA. You thought that was free?  I'm sorry I can post Curaleaf numbers. You are short distorting. All ...more

Did you know Tilray Brands is the only company that can divest in cannabis and become profitable in three months?  It's the only company with access to banking capital Curaleafs Borris Jordan himself admitted. That's why he uplisted to tsx in the hopes of attracting institutional capital. Tilray alone has 38 million invested from Hudson Bay capital. That's more then all MSO's ...more

Another misleading comment, taken out of Context.  How about in the future, you post the full context of the comment.

"I was asked a question about our balance sheet. That's something that Carl and I spend a lot of time on, managing our balance sheet. Something that keeps me up at night is debt. So, how do we deal with our debt? How do we generate cash? And again, we're a five-year-old company that have done multiple acquisitions. We spend a lot of capex on growth capex and how do we do that, and ...more
