But of course, SAFER has absolutely zero impact on
Canadian cannabis LPs - such as Tilray.
It is U.S. legislation expanding financial/banking services to U.S. cannabis sector - in states where cannabis has been legalized.
The positive impact will be huge for US MSOs - doesn't relate to Canadian companies, regardless of re-scheduling. https://www.reuters.com/legal/litigation/what-would-passage-safer-banking-act-mean-2024-2024-03-13/ Comment by

Thanks Momocu.
The Dales Report put out another video yesterday where they interviewed a number of senators to get their insight on cannabis reform. They were all in favor of it but some wanted to see changes made to SAFER to close banking loopholes for schedule 1 dealers.
