Irwin (Simple) Simon

bought 53,700 with his cash at $1.88 or about $101,000.

Of course, given that he receives total compensation of $21 million USD - he's really just using cash that investors pay him.
And the insider buys in Januray was obviously just PR - because insiders held virtually no common shares previoulsy - their meagre puchases of 5,000 and 10,000 shares hardly displays a great deal of confidence in the company in their opinion.

Blah! Blah! Blah! from the pumpers on this board

I'm looking for results, positive results and I'm not accepting all the excuses the CEO exposes. All the arguments heard or written of many IF's don't excuse the ridiculous CEO compensation. A CEO, with this type of compensation, would show some growth and PROFITS. Instead, as previously mentioned in my last post, Tilray loses humongous amounts quarter after quarter. Wishful thinking is great in words but it doesn't bring anything positive for shareholders. Irwin and his management team are the only ones making money. By the way, other than receiving free shares, how many did Irwin buy with his own money ?
