I'm thinking things are moving faster in Europe than the USA (not foreseen), with that Altrai will need to get ready qhicky to supply pre-rolls to Europe. Cronos has made little investments waiting on USA legalization and is in no position to do so at the scale needed. Altria will also be reluctant to invest where pot is not legal, or risk being handcuffed like STZ. TLRY is starting to be a very attractive partner to any multinational!
