The US and the politicians are

The US and the politicians arelike a frog in a pot of water on the stove.

Their inactivity is paving the way for other International interests to scoop the greenrush right out from under them.

Germany definately comes to mind or maybe Australia.

Politics moves at old fogie pace in the US, at least for such an important item as US legalization of the wicked weed.

The illegal black markets are going to win if they don't get it right and do it quickly.

I would hate to see the full blown Cartel mode of business infiltrate the common people of the US such that it starts to look like Jaurez or other Cartel hotspots and everyday of inaction by the Dems and Republicans allows the black market to grow and hurt the chances of those potpreneurs that are trying to be good citizen legit players.

Most marijuana investors in North America know what is going on with the legalization issue and I have fingered FEAR from the politicians who may be targeted with Cartel tactics.

The safest way to slide this in to law for the politicians is to let this keep happening one State at a time.

By doing so they will forsake what promises to be the biggest greenrush the world will ever see.

We have already seen the traction legalization promises to bring with all kinds of US investors content to rely on State law protection to supercede any repercussions of their buying pot stocks.

About half the States have some form of legalization that investors can hang their trust on to defy the Fed legislation which leaves the other half of the US investors that want to invest but are taking the stance of the Canadian LPs and are fearful of Fed action if they don't have the State law protection handshake deal.

Tilray got 10x volume today on Canadian trades which sounds about right by population comparisons of the US to Canada.

A little downtick but a lot of interest or profit taking because of the very decent spike up in sp yesterday.

I'm thinking the Tilray is the chosen LP as a beat down Canadian LP who seem to be emulating STZ's gameplan with their beer and alcohol acquisitions which should help revenues while the world waits for US legalization.

The two leading Canadian LPs could be huge winners on American legalization news because they got beat down the hardest, being Canadian but took almost all the pot players, big and small, with them to the more logical evaluations of the beancounters instead of the dreamers.

Tilray would benefit hugely but Canopy has two milestones, one being completing their Americanization plan and the second would be American legalization.

I am not seeing much US will on the part of those politicians charged with pot legalization in the States.  It is too easy for them to keep doing stupidshyte attempts with their proposals where they link them up with something guaranteed to fail because the two party system is so polarized to the point that 3rd party that Meneuchan is proposing might come in like Trump did not so long ago on the proposal of swamp cleaning.

US voters have got to be sick of what the two governing parties are or aren't doing and a 3rd party alternative would definately shake those old  guys up!
